Vibrance Marketing, a field sales and marketing company for natural and organic brands, is seeking a motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassador to conduct in-store demonstrations for MUSH Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Whole Foods Market.

We anticipate additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, but some demonstrations may be available during the week.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9:00 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Actively represent MUSH, learning product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demonstration area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample the product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory.

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and schedule your demonstrations. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demonstration, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demonstrations (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demonstration reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
