Beam & Kinship In-Store Audit

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales partner for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store audits for Beam + Kinship + Heart & Soil + Javvy. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may become available in your area. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be offered.

This role requires calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling demos. Please note that we do not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

• Payment Terms: $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments)
• Reports due Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs.
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions.
• Must call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be provided).
• Responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Acquire product knowledge through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Keep product samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses accurately and submit them within demo reports.
