Tari Sauce In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is looking for enthusiastic and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Tari Sauce. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a fantastic brand, with potential for future campaigns in your area.

We require weekend availability, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory for your demos.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck (no travel pay)

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own demo table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as required by the product
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions thoroughly
• Comfortable calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle)
• Prompt responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform quickly
• Demonstrate professionalism in writing and submitting demo reports
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic

Event Details and Duties:

• Professionally represent Tari Sauce to customers
• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand's website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Offer samples, educate customers on product ingredients and health benefits, and effectively drive sales
• Track inventory levels and assist with tidying and facing shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines for demonstrations
• Accurately track and submit expenses within your demo reports
