Brand Ambassador | Leaf Home

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for generating quality sales leads through door-to-door marketing in targeted neighborhoods.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Performance Bonus (total compensation between $70,000 and $80,000 with bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage field canvassing teams
• Drive lead generation initiatives to exceed sales quotas
• Plan and execute canvassing routes (evenings/weekends required)
• Track performance metrics and ROI
• Ensure compliance with local permit requirements
• Collaborate with operations teams to grow market presence

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• 2+ years of management experience in canvassing, lead generation, event marketing, or sales
• Experience recruiting and training teams
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Self-motivated with an accountability mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Door-to-door canvassing experience
• Home improvement industry knowledge
