GEM Health In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is searching for enthusiastic and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for GEM Health (k) and other exciting brands. We frequently have additional campaigns in your area and will consider you for future opportunities. This role requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may also be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.Responsibilities include representing GEM Health (k), mastering product details through brand websites and provided training materials, and setting up and maintaining an immaculate demo area. You will keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools, offer samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales. Additional duties involve tracking inventory, tidying and facing shelves, and submitting detailed, professional demo reports. Professional attire according to brand guidelines is expected.This is a self-scheduling position, requiring you to contact stores directly to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except when a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will prevent demo execution, impact payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.The payment offered is $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday at 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. Travel pay is not provided, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.Key requirements for this role include owning a table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools depending on product specifications. You must be able to comprehend written directions, call stores to confirm stock, and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, handled by us, is required). Responsiveness to emails is crucial, as is reliable transportation. Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the system is necessary, along with professionalism in writing demo reports. Adherence to food safety guidelines is mandatory, and a food handler permit may be required. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
