Lily's Chocolates Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates.

This role requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be available. We are always looking for talented individuals, and additional campaigns in your area may arise in the future.

Compensation: $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete or revised reports may delay payment. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; travel pay is not provided.

Self-Scheduling is required: You will be responsible for contacting stores to confirm inventory and schedule your own demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule demos for you, except where a specific scheduling portal is mandated. Accurate and timely scheduling is crucial for demo execution and payment, and failure to do so could impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required).
• Professional and timely responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Reliable transportation to various store locations.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills in all interactions and demo reports.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive approach to work.

Demo Event Specifics:

• Act as a brand representative for Lily's Chocolates, embodying product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and inviting demo area, adhering to brand aesthetics.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory levels, tidy, and face shelves to ensure a presentable display.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports promptly.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines, representing Lily's Chocolates professionally.

Required Equipment:

• Your own demo table.
• A black fabric tablecloth.
• An ice bucket or other relevant display tools, as dictated by product requirements.
