Neocell Collagen In-Store Sampling

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe.

Initial demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Additional campaigns may be available in your area in the future, and candidates will be considered for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required; however, some demo opportunities may be available during the week.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9:00 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demonstrations. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you (except where a scheduling portal is required). Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demonstration area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
