Events Per Se Bar Crawl

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Host or Hostess to lead our exciting bar crawls. The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as they navigate through scheduled venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually to assemble and greet the bar crawl group.
• Guide participants efficiently from one venue to the next, adhering strictly to the event schedule.
• Establish clear communication with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the designated group leader.
• Clearly communicate that guests displaying official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to complimentary entry.
• At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders of the group's departure to the subsequent location.
• Ensure the group arrives at the final designated venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift:

Upon the group's arrival at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to conclude their shift or remain for the New Year’s Eve countdown celebrations.
