Events Per Se Bar Crawl

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Host or Hostess to lead our exciting bar crawls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding groups of attendees through scheduled venues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time to meet and greet the bar crawl group.
• Expertly guide participants from one venue to the next, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
• Liaise effectively with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the group leader for the bar crawl.
• Clearly communicate to venue staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
• At the conclusion of each allocated time slot, enter the venue and promptly notify all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the subsequent location.
• Ensure the entire group successfully reaches the final designated venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift:

Upon the group's arrival at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to either conclude their shift or remain to enjoy the New Year’s Eve countdown.

• Demonstrated confidence in public speaking and interacting with both groups and venue staff.
• Proven ability to maintain group organization and ensure adherence to a strict schedule.
• Possession of a naturally friendly and approachable demeanor.
