Events Per Se Bar Crawl

The Events Per Se team is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join us as a Bar Crawl Group Leader Host. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary guide for our bar crawl attendees, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as they navigate through scheduled venues.

As a Group Leader Host, you will serve as the main point of contact between our guests and venue door staff, facilitating smooth entry and timely transitions between locations.

• Arrive punctually to meet and organize the bar crawl group.
• Guide participants efficiently from one venue to the next, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
• Establish clear communication with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the official group leader for the bar crawl.
• Clearly inform door staff that guests presenting official wristbands are part of our event and are entitled to complimentary entry.
• At the conclusion of each designated time slot, enter the venue and effectively notify all wristband holders about the group's departure to the subsequent location.
• Ensure the entire group successfully reaches the final designated venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift: Once the group has arrived at the final venue, typically between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to either conclude their shift or remain to participate in the New Year’s Eve countdown.

• Proven ability to maintain group organization and adhere to a strict schedule.
• Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Must be able to fully speak and understand English.
