Events Per Se Bar Crawl

Join Events Per Se as an Event Host or Hostess and lead unforgettable bar crawl experiences! We are seeking dynamic individuals to guide groups through pre-arranged venues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable event for all participants.

As a Bar Crawl Group Leader Host, you will be the primary point of contact, facilitating smooth transitions between locations and acting as the liaison between guests and venue staff. Your excellent communication skills will be key to a successful event.

• Arrive punctually to meet and greet your assigned bar crawl group.
• Direct participants from one exciting venue to the next, adhering strictly to the event schedule.
• Establish rapport with door staff at each venue, clearly identifying yourself as the official bar crawl group leader.
• Ensure all guests wearing official wristbands receive complimentary entry as part of the event package.
• Toward the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue to inform all wristband holders that the group is preparing to move to the subsequent location.
• Confirm the group's arrival at the final venue by 11:00 PM.

Upon arrival at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, hosts are free to depart or join the New Year’s Eve countdown festivities.
