About This Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Host or Hostess to lead our exciting bar crawls. The Bar Crawl Group Leader Host is responsible for guiding a group of attendees through scheduled venues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

As the main point of contact between guests and venue door staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth entry and timely transitions between locations.

  • Arrive on time and meet the bar crawl group.
  • Guide participants from venue to venue according to the event schedule.
  • Introduce yourself to door staff at each venue and confirm you are the designated group leader for the bar crawl.
  • Clearly communicate that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and receive free entry.
  • At the end of each time slot, enter the venue and notify all wristband holders that the group is moving to the next location.
  • Ensure the group reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift: Once the group arrives at the final venue at 11:15/11:30 PM, the host may leave or stay for the New Year’s Eve countdown.
