We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Event Host or Hostess to lead our exciting bar crawls. The Bar Crawl Group Leader Host will be responsible for guiding attendees through scheduled venues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly to meet and organize the bar crawl group.
- Confidently guide participants from one venue to the next, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
- Establish clear communication with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the official group leader for the bar crawl.
- Articulate that guests displaying official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
- At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the next location.
- Ensure the entire group successfully reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM.
End of Shift:
Upon the group's arrival at the final venue by 11:15/11:30 PM, the host has the option to conclude their shift or remain for the New Year’s Eve countdown festivities.
