Beam, Kinship, Heart & Soil Audit

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starter Brand Ambassadors for in-store audits focusing on Beam, Kinship, Heart & Soil, and Javvy products. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area. This role primarily requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be offered. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Compensation for this role is $30 per hour (1099 contractor), paid weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday at 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment. Travel pay is not provided, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and setting up your demos. We do not handle scheduling for you, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is required. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements for this position include:

• Ownership of a table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions.
• Proactive calling of stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, which we will provide, is required).
• Responsiveness to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in compiling and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Being self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event details and duties involve:

• Learning comprehensive product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using the correct storage tools.
• Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and actively driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying shelves, and ensuring products are faced correctly.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dressing appropriately according to specific brand guidelines.
• Accurately tracking and submitting expenses within demo reports.
