About This Role
Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Health-Ade and other natural brands.
This role requires weekend availability, with some weekday demos potentially available. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may arise.
Compensation: $30/hour (1099 contractor). Payments are issued weekly via Bill.com on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete or revised reports may cause payment delays. Product reimbursements will be included in your paycheck; however, travel pay is not provided.
Self-Scheduling is required: You will be responsible for contacting stores to confirm inventory and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to schedule appropriately may result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:
- Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
- Proactively call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demonstrations (unless a brand login is required, which we will manage).
- Responsiveness to email communications.
- Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the system.
- Professionalism in submitting demo reports.
- Reliable transportation.
- Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
- Effectively represent Health-Ade.
- Thoroughly learn product details through the brand's website and provided training materials.
- Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
- Maintain samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
- Provide product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
- Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
- Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
- Dress in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Accurately track and submit expenses within demo reports.
