Events Per Se Bar Crawl

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Event Host or Hostess to lead our exciting bar crawls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding groups of attendees through scheduled venues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually to meet and greet the bar crawl group.
• Guide participants efficiently from venue to venue, adhering strictly to the event schedule.
• Establish clear communication with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the group leader for the bar crawl.
• Clearly articulate to venue staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to complimentary entry.
• At the conclusion of each time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the next location.
• Ensure the group successfully reaches the final designated venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift:

Once the group has arrived at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to depart or remain for the New Year’s Eve countdown festivities.
